Our all beef hand pressed burgers are a favourite with our local shoppers as well as Restaurants and cafe's. We also manufacture our own 4oz, 6oz, and 8oz all beef burgers for caterers, pre-boxed and frozen. All our homemade burgers are made from our own quality beef, for maximum taste & flavour.

Ingredients

• 450g/1lb lean beef mince
• 1-2 green chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
• 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
• Salt and freshly milled black pepper
• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
• 10ml/2tsp garam masala
• 1 x 2.5cm/1inch piece fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
• 2 handfuls freshly chopped coriander
• 1 x 425g can chopped tomatoes
